We understand that not everyone wants to work from pre-set designs. Maybe our existing concepts don’t quite reflect your style — and that’s perfectly okay. This package is about creating a space that’s 100% you.
What’s Included
Custom Floor Plan & Elevations
We’ll design your new bathroom around your space. This could be utilizing your current layout, or we can fully redesign your layout to suit your vision.
Your plans will also include 2D elevation views and a demolition plan if we are altering any building structure to increase or add any fixed elements.
2x revisions included (1. After our design is complete, you can amend any elements you wish. 2. Once you have finalised quoting with your builder, there may be some changes which we can later amend to suit their recommendations)
Fixtures List
Whether you choose our plumbing or wish to source your own, we will provide you with a full fixtures list, so you know exactly what you need. Our fixtures list will include pricing. (don’t forget you can also use the $1000 credit available towards your fixtures – T & C’s apply)

Once your plans and elevations are complete and you’re happy with the design and layout, we will now complete your photo realistic render to ensure 100% you’ll be happy with the final product.
Builder Engagement & Scope of Works
Taking the stress out of finding and briefing your bathroom builder.
At Atorii, we don’t just design your bathroom — we help bring it to life. As part of our service, we can assist in sourcing a trusted builder to carry out your renovation. We work with a network of reliable builders we know and trust, but we’re also happy to engage others if your preferred builder is unavailable or you have someone in mind.
We understand that dealing with trades can feel overwhelming, which is why we offer to liaise with the builder on your behalf. We'll talk them through your design and ensure everyone is on the same page.
To make the process as smooth as possible, we provide your builder with a fully compiled and detailed Scope of Works. This document clearly outlines all aspects of the renovation, helping to avoid confusion, reduce the chance of costly variations, and ensure the job is done right from the start.
Turnaround time: 5-10 Days from measure up and fully completed scope of works check list.
