3. Design Creation
With your preferences in hand, we get to work:

Our team creates a custom design just for you
You’ll receive your first draft within about 5 business days.
4. Review & Feedback
Once the 1stDraft is complete, we’ll send the design to you for review:
Share any feedback or changes you’d like
We’ll revise the design to make sure it’s just right
Happy? Great, then we can finalise a‘3D visual’after we make the changes.

5. Product Selections
Once the design is approved, we move on to selecting and approvingyour finishes:
Tiles, tapware, vanity, accessories—all the beautiful details
You’ll see a full list with pricing
You can approve or swap out anything you don’t love
Our software makes it easy to view and manage your selections.
6. Final Approval & Ordering
With everything locked in and excitement building:
We allow around 6 weeks to invoice, receive payment, and order all items
Some items (like custom vanities) may take longer to arrive
We work closely with your builder to ensure everything is ready for installation
